Flaine Sweatshirts & Hoodies
Flaine, the “big bowl” of skiing and the only resort where brutalist architecture somehow makes sense after a few vin chauds.
Flaine attracts an eclectic mix of skiers and snowboarders: Brits who are thrilled to find the entire Grand Massif circuit laid out like a giant green-blue buffet, French families showing off their carving skills on Serpentine, and Dutch snowboarders trying to survive the drag lifts while looking effortlessly cool.
We love the long, scenic runs like Cascades (if you can survive its endless flat bits), the jaw-dropping views from Les Grandes Platières, and après-ski at Le White Pub, where the dancing gets progressively wilder as the night goes on.
We're not so keen on the very retro lift system, that one person in your group who insists on stopping for photos every 200 meters, and trying to navigate Flaine’s concrete maze without accidentally ending up back at your apartment for lunch.
But, with snow this good and pistes this fun, who needs charming chalets anyway?
