Please check your size carefully as your order will be made specifically for you, based on your requested size and colour and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

We do, however, replace  clothing that may be misprinted/defective or otherwise damaged upon arrival, so please notify us of any issues so we can take care of you and make sure you are loving your order!

If you would like to organise a return or exchange please email us on: returns@brokengoatclothing.com with your order number and how you would like to proceed. We will then provide you with the returns / exchange address.

PLEASE NOTE that we cannot offer free exchanges / returns shipping labels as we are an independent brand and simply don't have the available margin to offer this. That being said, if you choose an exchange, we will ship your Exchange back out to you free of charge. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please also note that original shipping costs are not refunded.
